All bookings made through KolkataCabRental.com are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is considered "pending" until confirmed by our team via phone or email.
Fares displayed on the website are estimates based on standard rates and distance. Final fare may vary based on actual distance travelled, waiting time, tolls, parking, state permits, and night charges (applicable between 10 PM–6 AM), all payable directly to the driver unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation charge at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop details and being available at the pickup point at the scheduled time. Additional waiting charges may apply for delays beyond 15 minutes.
